Overview: 25% deposit payable to confirm booking (non-refundable unless at owners discretion). Full amount required 4 weeks (30 days) prior to entry date (non-refundable).

Booking for maximum 6 persons unless by prior arrangement. Hirer will be responsible for all damages and breakages. Smoking is not permitted within the property under any circumstances and we regret no pets.
