Welcome to The 'weem Nook, a well appointed holiday apartment in the beautiful seaside village of Pittenweem, close to St Andrews and in the historic "East Neuk" of Fife. Pittenweem is one of the few remaining "working" fishing villages on the Fife east coast and is delightfully quaint, full of character and history!

 

Our three bedroomed apartment has been recently refurbished as part of the development of our 18th century former bakery in the heart of the village. On the ground floor is the Cocoa Tree chocolate shop and café, with the apartment on the two floors above. Situated on the High Street, in the heart of this quiet village, close to all local amenities and a short stroll down the many Wynds to our beautiful historic harbour. the flat has it's own private entrance, a feature stone fireplace in the main bedroom, beamed ceiling in the lounge and two top floor rooms with views over the clock tower.

 

Pittenweem itself is a pretty coastal village, with great walks along the Fife Coastal Path, close to St Andrews and a variety of quality and historic golf courses and only an hour from Edinburgh. The village is renowned for its annual Arts Festival in early August and is home to a number of artists and specialist galleries. There are a range of local attractions to cover all tastes including castles, beautiful gardens, galleries, over 30 golf courses, historic towns and villages, a range of water-sports and out door activities, fantastic coastal walks and the historic St Fillan's cave in Pittenweem.
